As a former professional athlete, LEANSQUAD founder Phil Mackenzie understands the importance of training and eating for YOUR body! Building a strong foundation OFF the ice directly contributes to ON ice success. Phil has crafted custom programs for numerous NHL Hockey players and helped them fulfill their on-ice potential. Phil is excited to team up with Total Goaltending to offer its young goalies at home workout programs, stretching routines, and nutritional advice to allow them to play their best!

Workouts Programs & Stretching Routines

Make the most of your time with AT HOME workouts. LEANSQUAD workouts focus on fast twitch muscle fibres to promote explosive movements and mimic game-like scenarios.

Your workout program will come in three (3), 30 day phases which include 5 workouts per week. All programs are "progressive" which means that each phase builds upon the last.

Each plan comes with a stretching routine, glute supplement, and speed supplement.

Nutritional Advice

Without the proper fuel, your body cannot perform to its full potential. LEANSQUAD's custom tailored meal plans have PRE-CALCULATED portion sizes and macro nutrient breakdown for each goalie based on their body. LEANSQUAD can accommodate for ANY dietary restriction, intolerance or food aversion.

Full meal plans come with over 65 mouthwatering meals, broken down into 3 different categories for each part of your day!
