The Lean Train has left the station and there is no stopping you! In phase 4 we are going to continue to build and refine that lean muscle.
Using that strong foundation you have build in Phases 1-3 we are going to kick up the intensity while introducing even more variety new movements to ensure that you are building and refining that lean look. With that said, the structure of the program stays that same so we can MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY and effectiveness!
- 30 Minute Bodyweight Workouts (5 x per week)
- 15 Minute guide recovery sessions (2 x per week)
- Onboarding package with 10 of my favourite recipes, supplement info as well as lean tips and tricks
Now that you have 90 Days of leanness under your belt, you are stronger, fitter, and leaner, so that means you can push yourself further each day!
Every workout is specially designed to BUILD on your previous day to tone that lean muscle, and continue to melt away the fat, resulting in that nice lean look!
