6 WEEK SUMMER LEAN CHALLENGE

The 6 Week Summer Lean Challenge (6WKSLC) is designed SPECIFICALLY for those Squadies completing Phase 8 of their 6 Week Lean Challenge.
Phil has strategically pulled the most challenging workouts from Phases 1-8 and structured the 6WKSLC as a perfect transition from Phase 8.
The first 3 weeks of the 6WKSLC will focus on:
High Tempo & Explosive Movements with shorter intervals to continue our hypertrophy progress in phase 8 and continue melting fat and sculpting lean toned muscle.
The second 3 weeks of the 6WKSLC will change things up:
Higher volume movements with slightly longer intervals to create that nice targeted burn in specific muscle groups. By changing up they style of training, we ensure that we are always progressing and always pushing the lean boundaries by challenging our bodies every day.
In the 6WKSLC we will also have BRAND NEW Lean finishers to provide that added push if you're feeling up to it!
Your challenge will include:
