WHAT IS IT?
The goal of this plan is simple... to help YOU accomplish MORE leanness than ever before without ever setting foot in a gym. To Build & Tone Lean Muscle, working through new movements each day that are specifically designed to build upon on your progress from the previous workout. The Best Part? I am doing it WITH YOU!
Each day, I will take you through a progressive workout using a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises in just 30 minutes.
I will lead you through every single session over the 6 weeks and I can guarantee you will be leaner, stronger, fitter, more toned and more confident than ever before!
- Two, 3 Week Phases (42 Days Total)
- 30 MIN FOLLOW ALONG Workouts *All You Need Is Dumbbells*
- 5 Workouts per week (30 Minutes)
- 2 Leancovery Sessions (12-15 Minutes)\
- 6 Week Challenge SPECIFIC FINISHERS
- These Finishers will target, tone, strengthen and leanify SPECIFIC body parts. These recommended finishers are designed to further challenge you throughout your journey with the use of dumbbells & glute bands
