Each day, I will take you through a progressive workout using a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises in just 30 minutes.
Similar to Phase 1 & 2, I will lead you through every single session over the 6 weeks and I can guarantee you will be leaner, stronger, fitter, more toned and more confident than ever before!
Also, with thee purchase of Phases 3 & 4, you will receive a FREE WEEK of workouts which we will use as a download between the end of phase 2 and the start of phase 3! These workouts are strategically designed to keep your heart rate up, while allowing your body to recover before the next push!
