30 DAY SUMMER LEAN CHALLENGE

The 30 Day Summer Lean Challenge (30DSLC) is designed SPECIFICALLY for those Squadies completing Phase 4 of their 30 Day Lean Challenge.
Phil has strategically pulled the most challenging and rewarding workouts from Phases 1-4 and structured the 30DSLC as a perfect transition from Phase 4.
NOTE: This Challenge is a mash-up of workouts you have completed along your 30 Day Lean Journey from Phases 1-4.
This gives you the opportunity to put all of your work and new lean muscle to the test. By repeating workouts you have done in the past, you can see how you have progressed over time! You will still receive:
- 30 Minute Bodyweight Workouts (5 x per week)
- 15 Minute guide recovery sessions (2 x per week)
- Onboarding package with 10 of my favourite recipes, supplement info as well as lean tips and tricks
Now that you have 120 Days of leanness under your belt, you are stronger, fitter, and leaner, so that means you can push yourself further each day!
Your challenge will include:
