The most important thing is you just commit, and over the course of the 30 Days your body and most importantly your confidence, energy levels and happiness will transform!
Here's how it works:
- 30 Minute Bodyweight Workouts (5 x per week)
- 15 Minute guide recovery sessions (2 x REST DAYS per week)
- A complete RECIPE GUIDE with 10 of my favourite, easiest and tastiest recipes. You'll also get information on supplements, and more!
- Access to the private LEANSQUAD text group and community. You'll also get mine and the LEAN TEAM's support!
Each day, I will take you through a brand new bodyweight workout to challenge you and help you get the most out of each and every day!
Each workout is body part specific. This allows us to burn more fat and build more lean, toned muscle throughout our entire body in only 30 minutes.
You can also workout on your OWN TIME! Each video is live for 48 hours so you can complete it when it works for your schedule, but it will hold you accountable and keep you on track!
