1. RECEIVE DAILY FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUTS! Every day for 30 days, you will receive a 30-minute follow along workout (5 days a week) or recovery session (2 days a week) via email. No equipment needed!

2. UNLIMITED SUPPORT & MOTIVATION
Whether it's your daily workout email, me sweating with you, our private text group, or the constant encouragement there is something to motivate and support you unlike ever before. So do not fear if you've struggled with accountability and motivation in the past!

3. ON YOUR OWN TIME
Every workout is emailed to you first thing in the morning but you have 48hrs to complete it! This allows you to do your workout when it suits you but also holds you accountable to stay on track over the course of 30 days!
