WHAT IS IT?

The goal of this plan is simple... to help YOU accomplish MORE leanness than ever before without ever setting foot in a gym. To Build & Tone Lean Muscle, working through new movements each day that are specifically designed to build upon on your progress from the previous workout. The Best Part? I am doing it WITH YOU!

Each day, I will take you through a progressive workout using a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises in just 30 minutes.

Workout on your OWN TIME! Each video is live for 48 hours so you can complete it when it works for your schedule, but it will hold you accountable and keep you on track!

I will lead you through every single session over the 6 weeks and I can guarantee you will be leaner, stronger, fitter, more toned and more confident than ever before!

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

    • These Finishers will target, tone, strengthen and leanify SPECIFIC body parts. These recommended finishers are designed to further challenge you throughout your journey with the use of dumbbells & glute bands
